Do you know a parent whose kids are perfect (in their opinion)?
Well.....if you do, They.Bug.ME! I have met many parents through my parenting career, but i have met a select few who think their kids are PERFECT. Perfect, ya, Perfect MONSTERS! It doesn't matter if what they are doing is COMPLETELY wrong and done right in front of the parents face, they are still PERFECT in their CRAZY minds! I guess i would be one of those parents who assume too quickly that maybe my child could have done something wrong. If someone comes to me and informs me of something about my child, I immediately say, "What? Oh, they are in so much trouble." I KNOW my kids aren't perfect, and I expect them to make mistakes, afterall they have me for their Mom, i'm pretty imperfect myself. And to those parents who think their kids are perfect....THEY AREN'T! They are BRATS and need some discipline!
Oh......I feel better!

HA HA I loved this post!! I shared it with my mom and it made her feel so much better to hear from someone that feels the same way. She too has experienced this..... some parents are very interesting!!! It is a good thing for me to see and remember so I don't make that mistake!! I love you, and you are a great parents!

I am cracking up! Your post is so true...those parents get on my nerves too! Let's face it...everyone's kids are brats most of the time...well, except when they are sleeping!!!!
I was just about to name the parents I nkow that do that. hahahah it's so so true! I know like almost all these parents. THey take their kids side and don't think their kid had anything to do with it--i agree.
I am laughing! No child is perfect. Although do we wish they were! Then the world would not be as exciting and we would all have to drive around with bumper stickers saying "my son is a scout!" or "my child is on the honor roll!" BOERING! Glad my kids are not perfect life would be so dull! And to those parents who think their kids are perfect....well YOUR STUPID! There...I am not perfect either...HA HA!
My wife is a preK teacher and that's also one of her pet peeves, she also hates it when parents give children nicknames... she refused to call a child 'peanut' and the parents complained to the school.
