We made applesauce again this year. And it is yummy!
This year I canned 246 bottles of food.....CRAZY!
I think I was at my wits end when it was time to can apples.
When I came home from a hair appointment,
my sweetie had cored all the apples, cooked them, and put them through the strainer.
Thanks Babe. You always pull me out when I am in too deep.

YUMMMMM. I love home-made applesauce.
Oh how I wish you lived by me so you could teach me how to do that. YUMMY! My grandma used to make cinnamon applesauce......my favorite thing EVER!!
